Baby Clothes – H&M and Flea Market

Since we know the size of our daughter now, we started acquiring bags and bags of used baby clothing from our friends. They all told me to check out H&M, so I went there with Peter. At every tiny socks and shoes, he had to stop and say “Oooh, this is so sweet I am going to cry!!” He was practically useless, so I walked around the shop quickly and chose what we really needed.

Here is a T-shirt from H&M we did not really need but I really liked. When I told mom about this T-shirt over the long distance call, I did not hear her voice for a while. I think it was a silent protest.

On Sunday, we went to the local children’s flea market to look for some toys. We were shocked to hear that an used Playmobil car was on sale for 25 CHF. Most toys looked horrible, but we found some very cute clothes for CHF 1 each. Well, we think they are cute, but I am not sure if our daughter will like them. Mom used to dress me up in very very cute clothes, but I did not want to look different from other kids and hated her selection. Now my classmates tell me how they think my fashion was so cute back then. I wonder if our daughter will get that kind of compliment with the hot-dog T-shirt in the future.

So here are my selections for CHF 1 each:

The last raincoat is my favorite but unfortunately is too big for now. I just loved the color and had to get it. It’s my grandma’s favorite color.

I like the sweater and checker shirts!
These are very hip and cute.
I am sure she will be very cute on it.
The rain coat is popular among the younger hipster in U.S., however I tried on at thrift store
and realized that it won’t breath well
so it was very hot to wear. The rain coat is
for winter time, not summer or spring-
